| 摘 要： | 近年来迅速发展的民办高校大多将精力投放在学校办学规模的扩张上，普遍忽略学生的德育工作，主要表现：对德育工作重要性认识不足、缺乏应有的德育机构和德育制度、缺乏有针对性的德育工作措施。宿迁学院自建校始就注重和加强学生的德育工作，并根据民办高校的特点，创新了民办高校加强德育工作的方法与途径。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the fast developing private-funded institutions pay excessive attention to the expansion of their scale,neglecting students' moral education chiefly in: first,ignorance to the importance of moral education;second,absence of necessary institution and system for moral education;third,inadequate effort on moral education.Suqian College,since its establishment,has given much concern in the moral education,and has been innovative in its moral education as a private-funded college. |
