| 摘 要： | 沂蒙红色文化在高校具有很好的育人功能，这一功能的实现需要探索它的有效育人途径。它在高校育人的途径主要包括以下四个方面：利用高校思想政治理论课载体，弘扬沂蒙红色文化；凝练红色育人特色，培育大学精神；营造红色文化的校园文化环境；沂蒙红色文化的建设和创新等。

| Abstract: | Red culture of Yimeng has a very good function of education in university, and the realization of the function needs to explore its educational way. Its education way mainly includes the four aspects： using it as the precious resources of the ideological and political theory course, concluding characteristics of red education, building the campus cultural environment of red culture, and paying attention to construction and innovation of red culture of Yimeng. This way can be beneficial to developing the culture, cultivating college spirit, and educating college students. |
