| 摘 要： | 通过对施救制度中被保险人的施救义务、保险人的补偿义务和施救条款的应用等方面的论述,探讨了海上保险中施救制度的理论和应用,并提出在施救制度中被保险人的施救义务是第一位的,保险人的补偿义务则是第二位的,期望同业能准确理解和把握施救制度内涵,予以正确的应用.
