国际智慧教育发展战略及其对我国的启示

摘    要:智慧教育代表了技术变革教育的未来发展方向。如何发展智慧教育,是世界各国面临的共同挑战和重要机遇。该文重点剖析了新加坡、韩国以及美国的国家智慧教育发展战略,剖析了三个国家发展智慧教育的优势与不足,进而探讨了对我国发展智慧教育的有益启示,即正确认识国际智慧教育发展形势,构建适合信息时代特点的教育理论,建设以学习者为中心的智慧教育环境,以实现教与学方式的根本性变革为核心目标,多方参与加速实现智慧教育生态系统的构建。

Abstract:Smart education represents the future of technology transformed education. It's the new phase of modem education. How to improve smart education has become a common challenge to the world as well as a big opportunity to our education revolution. On the basis of analyzing strategies of smart education in Singapore, South Korea and America, this article makes investigations on the advantages and defects of the strategies and discusses the enlightenment to our country. That is: exploring education theory that fits the information age, building students-centered environment of smart education through top-level design, accelerating the construction of smart education ecosystem and achieving the fundamental change of learning and teaching.
