| 摘 要： | 智库建设在我国仍然处于起步阶段,是现代领导体制改革不可缺少的重要组成部分。根据智库的科学内涵,分析天津市新型高校智库建设的现状和存在的问题,进而提出依托学科优势打造高端智库品牌、建设天津高校智库联盟、开展校政共建、完善评价标准、加强国际交流合作等建设新型高校智库的对策,促进天津市新型高校智库建设和作用发挥。

| Abstract: | Thinking tank construction in our country is still in its infancy, is the indispensable component of modem leadership reform. The authors put forward the meaning and significance of the scientific think tank, describe the current situation and problems of the construction of new university think tank in Tianjin, point out the existing problems and propose the countermeasures, which helps to promote the construction of new university think tank. |
