摘    要:教育部《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案》"教学效果"的主要观测点为评价高等学校的教学质量监控体系建设成效提供了指导和帮助.同时,立足校情的教学质量监控体系的构建要为其他学校提供可资借鉴和参考的做法和经验,总结成绩,指出不足,明确今后工作的努力方向,可以更好地发挥教学质量监控体系的作用.

Abstract:Ministry of the "general level of Undergraduate Education Assessment Program," "teaching" the main observation point for evaluating the effectiveness of higher education quality monitoring system to provide guidance and help.Meanwhile,intelligence based on the school system of monitoring the quality of teaching for other schools to be used as reference and reference to the practices and experiences.summing up the results,pointing out that lack of a clear direction for future work,we can better play the role of the Teaching Quality Monitoring System.
