| 摘 要： | 从现代奥运会一百余年的历史发展分析,奥运会财政投入模式主要分为政府投入、私人投入和结合型投入3种方式,这3种模式也是政府与市场在奥林匹克发展中的矛盾集中体现。研究发现:政府包办和私人部门市场运作两种奥运会投入模式各有利弊,单纯一种力量不足以办好规模宏大的现代奥运会,政府与市场二者结合的投入模式,才能使奥运会的政治、经济、社会效益得到更好的发挥。

| Abstract: | The financial funding models of modern Olympic Games are consisted of the government funding,private funding and compound funding in the last 100 years,all of which embody the conflicts between the government and the market in the development of the Olympic Movement.The research of this paper showed that the government monopoly in the financial funding and the privately operated market had their own advantages and disadvantages.No any single funding model could be relied on for the hosting of the large-scale modern Olympic Games.Only by a government-market combined funding model could the political,economic and social benefits the Olympic Games be maximized. |
