| 摘 要： | 为满足现代化离退休人员管理需要,清华大学开发建设了离退休人员管理系统.该系统利用信息化手段,面向离退休人员、离退休管理部门和社会等各类用户提供服务,力求达到对清华大学离退休人才资源进行充分利用,并优化相关部门的业务管理流程.文章介绍了系统的功能设计和技术特点等方面的内容.

| Abstract: | This information system is developed to meet the needs of the modem management for retiree of Tsinghua University. The system gives services to retiree, management officer and other kinds of related users in society. By management informationization, the system help the university departments take full advantage of the old age professional resource, and improve the level of management. |
