| 摘 要： | 高技术虚拟企业协商决策模式是处理成员间合作冲突,提高联盟运行绩效的前提和基础.在探讨协商决策组织形式的基础上,基于合作冲突的表现形态和特性,分析了协商模式动态选择的方法,建立了模式问题处理能力的评价模型,并提出了协商组织变更的转换关系与制度关联.
