摘    要:班级管理与课程文化有着密切的联系,不同的课程标准下有不同的班级管理方式。论文通过分析,认为建立与新课程相适应的班级管理方式是必然的,也是必要的。认为作为班级管理主体的班主任要牢固树立新课程改革的理念,自觉进行教师专业化的培训,提升自己的专业素质和管理水平;在管理的过程中,要突出学生的主体性地位;在班级管理的制度建设和班级活动开展方面,拓展班级管理的内容,建立新的班级管理机制;强调师生的平等参与和对话;注重文化在课程改革和班级管理方式变革中的重要作用。关心班级文化的建设,这对班级管理有着极为重要的作用。

The Countermeasure on the Reform of Class Management Mode under the Background of New Curriculum Reform
Abstract:Since 2001, our country has carried out a new round of elementary education curriculum reform. By analysis, it is necessary to set up class management mode suiting new course. The class adviser who is the main body of class management should set up the concept of new curriculum reform, be conscious of carrying out the train of teachers" specialization to promote their professional and management level, lay stress on students" dominant roles in the process of management, expand the content of class management and construct new mechanism of class management in the system construction of class management and the development of class activity, emphasize teachers'and students'equal participation and conversion and attach impertance to culture's role in curriculum reform and class management mode reform. Caring for the construction of class culture is vital to class management.
