教师培养模式与高师教育的互动和发展

摘    要:从“以吏为师”到封闭式师范教育,再到教师资格证书制度,我国教师培养模式的更替不仅反映了教师社会角色的变化,更隐含了高师教育功能与价值取向的变迁。在建制后的发展过程中,教师培养模式与高师教育之间的互动从没停止过。在新的教师社会角色正在取代传统教师社会角色的背景下,高师教育势必要满足新教师培养模式的需求,需要以市场的思维代替计划的思维,重新定位自己的功能。

Abstract:From the system of taking government officials as teachers to closed normal education, then to the system of teacher certificate, we can see that the change of teacher education models not only reflects the change of teachers' social roles, but also implies the change of the function and value orientation of higher teacher education. After the establishment of the system, there is always an interaction of teacher training model and higher teacher education . Nowadays the new teachers'social roles have been taking the place of the traditional roles, the higher teacher education must meet the requirement of the new model of teacher training, find out the new function, using the market-oriented thinking to replace the plan-oriented thinking.
