| Abstract: | Because of enlarging enrollment of postgraduate students and market economy,the advantage of students’ employment is not so obvious.This thesis analyses the influences of uncontrollable factors on employment,such as,educational background,age,gender and major.The paper tries to advance solutions,which could be a reference for postgraduate students’ employment. |
