| 摘 要： | 新经济是高效率资源组织技术和组织手段为前提的经济,它是经济全球化和网络信息技术革命的产物.在新经济条件下,资本支配劳动被劳动支配资本所取代,技术创新成为新经济发展的灵魂,知识产权化、证券化,公司治理结构将发生根本性变革,传统经济的矛盾关系将改变,利益分配格局也将发生变化.我们必须抓住机遇,采取有效措施,迎接新经济的到来.

| Abstract: | The New Economy is based on effective resources organizing skills and techniques. It is the product of the economic globalization and information technology revolution. In the New Economy, labor dominated by funds is replaced by funds dominated by labor. Technological innovation becomes the soul of the development of the New Economy. Knowledge turns into property rights and stocks. Managing structures of companies will be changed radically. Traditional economic conflicts, as well as patterns of profit distribution, will be changed. We must grasp the opportunity, take effective measures, and greet the coming of the New Economy. |
