| 摘 要： | 高校学生工作者的形象具有示范、导向作用。高校学生工作者的形象,应具有综合性、稳定性、可变性、被选择性。学生工作者应树立开拓者形象、长者形象、学者形象、奉献者形象、务实者形象、朋友形象。学生工作者要搞好形象定位,注重锤炼内功,讲究文明礼仪,处理好师生关系,并不断进行形象调整。

| Abstract: | The image of college students＇ workers has the role of demonstration and guide.College student workers image should be comprehensive,stability,variability and be selective.Student workers should foster a pioneer in image,image of elderly people,academics image,the image of devotees,the image of a pragmatic person,a friend image.The student workers should do a good job the image-orientation,focus on the internal quality,cultivate the civility and etiquette,handle teacher-student relationship well,and constantly adjust the image. |
