| 摘 要： | 体育游戏在学生中具有相当高的受欢迎程度，但大多数教师不太重视和不善于去更新体育游戏方面的知识，使体育教学中运用体育游戏来提高教学质量的效果大打折扣。为了扭转这种局面，激发学生的思维和想象力，提高学术的兴趣，使健美操课上得更生动活泼、有实效。采用实验法和文献资料法，并总结多年的教学实践经验，探讨体育游戏在健美操教学中的应用效果。

| Abstract: | The sports games has got very high popularity in students, but most teachers are not valued and not good at sports games to update the knowledge, so that the use of sports games in physical education to improve the quality of teaching so far been ineffective. In order to reverse this situation, we should stimulate students＇ thinking and imagination, improve academic interest and make aerobics class more lively and effectively. Using experimental method and literature and data, this paper summarizes many years of teaching experience to explore the sports games in aerobics teaching effectiveness. |
