| 摘 要： | 美国图书馆的数字参考咨询服务之所以取得成功，必然有它自身的特点，文章主要针对美国图书馆数字参考咨询服务的六个特点进行分析，这些特点也正是其获得成功的几个重要因素，希望研究结果对我国的数字参考咨询服务起到一定的借鉴作用。
