工科“计算方法”教学改革探索

摘    要:“计算方法”是一门介绍科学计算的基础理论与基本方法的课程,对培养学生的科学计算能力、创新能力和解决实际问题的能力具有不可替代的作用。当前该课程设置和教学上存在学时偏少、重理论轻实践等问题。在教学中应根据学生的实际情况选择教学内容,适当地淡化数学理论的证明,重点要求学生掌握各种数值计算方法的逻辑结构与使用原理,培养和训练他们的数值近似计算能力,达到学以致用的目的。

Abstract:"Computing Methods" is the course that to introduce the basic theory and basic method of scientific computing, it has irreplaceable function in training students' scientific computing capability, innovation ability and ability to solve practical problem. At present, the course setting and teaching have the problems of the insufficiency of the class teaching hour and valuing the theory more than the practice, etc. The article thinks that we should choose content of courses according to the actual conditions of student, weaken the identification of mathematics theory ap- propriately, require especially the students grasp the logic structure of various number value computing technologies and the using principle, foster and train the computing capability of similar number value, achieve the goal of studying in order to apply it.
