| 摘 要： | 地方特色文化具有传承性、地域性和独特性的特点.地方高校利用学报这一媒介平台及学报的学术、人才优势,对本地传统的特色文化进行开发、研究,结合地方特色文化打造地区高校学报,既促进了当地经济、文化的发展,又创建了自己的刊物特色,彰显了地区高校学报独特的魅力.做好加强策划、加强作者队伍建设、提高编辑能力是结合地方特色文化、办好地区高校学报的工作重点.

| Abstract: | Abstract The local culture has the features of heritage, territoriality and uniqueness. The local universities use journals and their advantages in academic and talents and make a success of local university journals with the development, research and combination of local characteristics, which improves the local economy and culture and at the same time create their own journals and individual charm. And focus on the devise, construction of banks of readers and raising editing ability are key emphasis in our work. |
