提升“公开课应然效应”的学校管理对策研究

摘    要:“公开课效应”可以解释为以课堂教学为载体开展教学评论的一种教研形式所能达到的效应。从而,“公开课的应然效应”就是公开课在教学活动过程中可能起到的作用,也就是公开课目的之所在。进行提升“公开课应然效应”的学校管理对策研究是基于理论和实践的需要。学校管理层应该改变对公开课的态度,并由校长亲自参与听课评课;改革公开课教学的组织和评价制度;帮助教师正确对待职业和公开课,从而提升“公开课应然效应”。
