| 摘 要： | 本阐述了高校合并过程中首先要对原财务主体进行财务清算，合并后的财务主体必须实行“三统一”（统一财经政策，统一财务预算，统一资源配置）和“三集中”（集中财权，集中会计核算，集中会计事务），以保证高校的正常运行。
