| 摘 要： | 2003年，首批职技高师获硕士学位授予权，开始培养硕士研究生，提升了职业教育人才培养的层次和规格，怎样才能保证研究生教育质量成为职技高师的一项重要课题。针对研究生层次职教师资培养的背景以及教学中存在的主要问题进行分析，提出了职技高师研究生培养创新体系的构成要素，并对实施研究生培养创新体系的现实策略及保障机制行了探讨。
