| 摘 要： | “教育以人为本”是指教育的核心本质是为人的本性发展服务的,教育的一切工作都是以人为中心、以人为根本、以人为对象、以人为动力、以人为目的、以人为标志的。教育以人为本不应简单地理解为以学生为本。实施以人为本的教育应遵循的原则有：主体性原则、个别性原则、创新性原则、成功性原则、发展性原则。

| Abstract: | "people first in education"means that the key essence of education is service for natural instinct development, all work in education regard people as the centre, the basics, the motive force, the objective and the sign. "People first in education"should not be interpreted to base on student. Principles of implementing "people first in education"should be followed is as follows: subject principle, specific principle, innovative principle, succeeding principle and developable principle. |
