摘    要:酒店业的基层服务岗位是直接服务宾客、树立企业形象的重要的组织机构构成要素。近年来,该岗位上持续递增的人员流失直至出现的"用工荒"现象给酒店行业的稳定发展制造了新的难题。本文就目前困扰酒店业的基层服务岗位"用工荒"现象的现状与成因进行了探讨,以期通过政府与行业协会服务角色的转变、酒店行业自身用人理念与制度的调整、旅游院校人才培养模式的市场化等对策为行业的发展制约提供破冰性的建议,进而促进政府、企业、院校协调互动的良性发展模式。

Abstract:The primary service position of the hotel industry is a direct service position to guests, which can establish a corporate image and is an important organization elements. In recent years, the increasing staff loss in this position, even to the "labor shortage" phenomenon, have caused a new problem for stable development of the hotel industry. This paper discusses the present situation and causes of the current trouble of "labor shortage" phenomenon in primary service position of the hotel, in order to provide the crucial advice for breaking the constraints of the industry development by solutions which are government and Industry Association transforming to service role, adjustment of employment ideality and system in hotel industry itself, the marketization of personnel training mode in tourism colleges, with the result of promoting the interactive benign development mode of the government, enterprises, colleges and u- niversities.
