中长跑运动的体能与营养

摘    要:研究目的:中长跑是速度、耐力、力量、意志品质的综合素质较量,是长时间连续的肌肉活动。因此,要求运动员具备较好的体能,并能合理分配体力。研究方法:文献综述法。研究结果和结论:综述了中长跑的体能特征和体能训练方法及相应的体能恢复的合理营养措施,为中长跑运动员的体能训练和体能恢复及提高提供训练学和营养学手段提供参考。

Physical Training and Physical Recovery and Nutrition Application Strategies of the Middle-Long-Distance Runners
Abstract:Objects: the middle-long-distance race is a trial of strength of overall qualities of the speed, the endurance, the strength, the will quality, and a long time continuous muscle activity, therefore, it requires that athletes have good physical fitness, and can assign their physical strength reasonably. Methods: The paper has summarized the physical characteristics of the middle-long-distance race, physical training method and the reasonable nutrition measures for corresponding physical recovery, providing the reference for the means of the training and the nutrition for physical training and physical recovery and improvement of middle-long-distance runners.
