| 摘 要： | 研究目的:了解海南省黎族学生体质在2005、2010、2014年随年龄发展的变化情况,比较分析3次测试结果,归纳出海南省黎族男生7-18岁体质的发展规律和变化趋势。研究方法:运用数理统计法对3次体质健康测试数据进行分析。研究结果 :1)体形各指标的曲线趋向于单峰排列而身体素质和机能指标曲线趋向于多峰排列,峰龄后体形平均生长速度有提升的趋势;2)机能、体形和身体素质水平突增的年龄基本一致,但也并非完全一致,表现为机能先于体形,体形先于身体素质;3)体质各项指标的快速提升均发生在青春期;4)黎族男生体形和机能生长最快的年龄有提前的趋势,身体素质增长最快的年龄,除速度素质有提前趋势外其他的均推迟。

Research on Development Rules and Tendency of Physical Quality of Li Nationality Male Students Aged 7-18 in Hainan province |

| Abstract: | Objective: To understanding the changes of Li Nationality in the Hainan Province in 2005 , 2010 and 2014 with the development of age , Compares and analysis the results of three tests , and summarize the developmental regularities and changes of physical constitution of 7-18 year-old Li males in Hainan Province. Method:The data of three times of physical fitness test were analysed by mathematical statistics. Result:1)The curves of body shape indexes tend to have one peak value while the curves of physical quality and body function indexes tend to have more than one peak values. After the age at peak value , the average growth speed of body shape tend to increase; 2) the function, body shape and physical quality level of the sudden increase in the same age, but it is not exactly the same as before, it shows that functions preference to body shape, and body shape is earlier than physical quality; 3) Physical indicators of rapid ascension occurred during puberty; 4)The fastest growing age of the shape and function of the males has trend in advance while the physical quality ahead of the other trends at the fastest growing age. |
