| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、实地调查与访谈等研究方法,对湖北省西部地区体育资教生在中小学体育学科领域中对工作、生活和未来再就业所面临的情况等方面进行调查分析。结果显示:体育资教生资教环境与经济收入不容乐观、再就业压力不减反增、体育资教生所在资教学校,学校体育开展效果不佳,体育设施投入少,教学质量低等。对此提出如下建议:严格落实资教政策,提高体育资教生福利待遇、运用多种手段解决再就业压力、严格执行资教政策,改善落后的体育设施现状,提高教育质量,为湖北省资教政策的不断完善提供理论参考。

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of College Graduates Who Went to Teach P.E. in Rural Primary School and Middle School in the West Region of Hubei Province |

| Abstract: | This passage made an investigation and analysis on the problems that college graduates who went to teach PE in rural primary school and middle school in the west region of Hubei province confronted in working, living and getting re-employed in the future, using research methods such as looking for information in relevant document and materials, conducting a questionnaire survey, making a field survey and interviewing the person concerned. The investigation revealed that these college graduates are faced with many problems such as bad environment, unacceptable income, increased pressure to get re-employed, the implementation of the physical education in schools that they taught in did not reach the designated level, inadequate investment in physical equipment and low teaching quality. My advices are as follows:Strictly implementing relevant teaching policy to improve the income and welfare of these college graduates, using various methods to ease the pressure of them to get re-employed, improving the backward current situation of physical facilities and raise the teaching quality. By doing these, we can provide theoretical reference for the perfection of relevant teaching policy. |
