| 摘 要： | 通过对湖北省青少年竞技体育后备人才培养现状的调查与分析,发现当前湖北省青少年竞技体育人才培养过程中存在着培养体制不力、输送渠道不畅、培养模式落后、安置体系不足等问题,并从构建后备人才体制的培养、完善输送链条、提升培养理念和手段、完善安置体系等几个方面寻找解决方法与路径。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of Hubei province's teenage athletics sports reserve personnel training present situation, the paper found that in the current process of the youth talents of competitive sports in Hubei province, there are a lack of training system, not free transmission channel, backward training mode,resettlement problems such as insufficient system. And from the building system of reserve personnel training,the suggestions includes improving the transmission chain, improving training idea and means, perfecting the resettlement system from several aspects such as to find a solution method and the path. |
