| 摘 要： | 以文献、调查、实验等方法对暨阳学院体育教学模式改革与实践进行研究,并以游泳为实验对象,从组织管理、运行机制、评价方法等俱乐部教学的主要内因为着眼点,重点研究游泳俱乐部运行涵盖的分层教学对提高体育教学质量的效果,为学院全面推行体育教学改革与实践作准备。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature, investigation and experiment in Jiyang college sports teaching model reform and practice research. The experimental object is swimming club which was measured from organization management, operation mechanism and evaluation method of teaching. It mainly focus on the effect of hierarchical teaching and improve teaching quality. Preparing for the institute to carry out the reform and practice of physical education teaching. |
