| 摘 要： | 研究目的:分析并总结上海市竞技体育可持续发展的优势、劣势、机遇和阻碍其发展的因素,为促进上海市竞技体育可持续发展提供理论参考依据。研究方法:SWOT-PEST分析法、文献资料法。研究结果和结论:优势是上海市的经济、地理位置、国际知名度等促使运动的长期发展;劣势是竞技体育后备人才储备少,教练员队伍建设不完善;机遇是国家及相关企业大力支持竞技体育的发展,国家体育转型时期为上海市竞技体育提供巨大的发展空间;威胁是与体育强国或体育强省的差距及基础体育发展制约竞技体育发展。上海市需要加强竞技体育队伍建设,提高群众体育基础,加大体育宣传力度。

SWOT -PEST Analysis for the Sustainable Development of Competitive Sports in Shanghai |

| Abstract: | Purpose:This article analyzed and summarized the effect factors of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for the sustainable development of competitive sports in Shanghai,and to provide theoretical references for the sustainable development as well. Method:SWOT-PEST, analysis and literature methods. Results:The advantage of sports sustainable development in Shanghai is its economy, geography, international recognition and international visibility can promote the long-term development. The disadvantages showed as followings, the shortage of sports talents and the imperfect coach team construction. The opportunity is that national policy and related enterprises vigorously support the development of competitive sports. Moreover, the period of national sports transformation provides a huge space for the development of Shanghai competitive sports. The differences between shanghai and other powerful countries and the development of basic fitness can limit the competitive sports development are the threats currently. Finally, on the comprehensive analysis of Shanghai competitive sports development, we put forward the corresponding suggestion:Shanghai needs to strengthen the construction of competitive sports teams , to improve the mass sports foundation, and to increase the intensity of sports publicity. |
