| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈与问卷调查法，对中国足球协会会员协会裁委会工作质量的评估指标、各指标的权重分配及评价标准的制定进行调查，在此基础上制定了裁委会评估方案。评估方案试运行结果表明：各会员协会裁委会根据方案能独立地开展自评工作，基本反映工作业绩的实际情况。

| Abstract: | With the aid of the methods of literature, interviews to experts and questionnaire, this paper made investigation into the evaluation indexes for working quality of the branch's referee committee of CFA, weight distribution of each index and establishment of evaluation standard, and on this foundation worked out the scheme for evaluating referee committee. The results of trial implement of the scheme have shown that each branch's referee committee can independently carry out self-evaluation in the light of the scheme, which can basically reflect its actual working achievements. |
