| 摘 要： | 合理设计中国群众体育的组织机构，处理好各管理部门之间的关系，是群众体育能否良性运转和健康发展的重要因素。我国现行的群众体育管理体制主要分为三种类型：群众体育政府管理系统、群众体育社会管理系统和基层群众体育组织，中国群众体育管理体制改革的重点是转变政府职能、鼓励社会参与、建立良性运行机制。未来中国群众体育管理体制将向系统化、现代化、法制化、人本化的方向发展。

| Abstract: | Reasonable designed Chinese mass sports organization and properly handled relation between management departments are important factors for the good and healthy development of mass sports. Current mass sports management system in China can be divided into three kinds： governmental management system of mass sports, social management system of mass sports and fundamental mass sports organization. The key points of the reform of mass sports management system in China are transferring the function of government, encouraging social participation and constructing healthy operation system. Future mass sports management system in China will be systemized, modernized, legalized and human- oriented. |
