| 摘 要： | 基于Lundvall教授提出的技术创新的两种模式和学习型经济理论,探讨开放式创新环境下提高我国自主创新能力的关键因素。认为在经济全球化环境下,开放式创新是当前技术创新的重要特点,开放式创新与自主创新是相辅相成的关系,开放环境下的自主创新强调创新多种元素的集成和整合。提出以全面创新投入替代研发投入来反映技术投入将更为合理和完整,并对国内时间序列数据进行Granger因果检验,对国际面板数据进行计量经济检验加以实证验证。最后根据分析结果提出现阶段增强我国自主创新能力的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the determinants to advance the indigenous innovation capability under open environment based on two modes of technological innovation and the theory of learning economy brought forward by professor Lundvall.This paper considers that open innovation is the main character of the technological innovation in the global economy.Open innovation and indigenous innovation are supplemented for each other.The indigenous innovation under open environment need integrate all kinds of resources effectively.This paper points out that it will be more reasonable that we substitute total innovation inputs for R&D inputs to measure the input level of technological innovation.The paper also makes Granger causality test on time series data and does panel data analysis to verify empirically.At last we put forward some policy suggestions. |
