| 摘 要： | 民国时期甘宁青农村的借贷关系呈现出高利贷猖獗、借贷利率畸高,以及高利贷在社会经济生活中扮演着重要角色等突出特点。农民高利借贷的普遍性和农村的高负债率反映出高利贷的异常猖獗;利率之高为全国所无折射出借贷利率的畸形高昂;贫民生计全为富户垄断集中揭示了高利贷问题的严重性。故而在民国时期的甘宁青农村,高利贷问题较全国其他地区更为严重,最具强烈的西北区域色彩、时代特征和典型意义。
