运动改善睡眠障碍的实验研究

摘    要:通过对比,观察运动对睡眠障碍的改善情况。将58名经匹兹堡睡眠质量评价确定有睡眠障碍的高校女生随机分为2组,一组每周三次进行运动训练,每次运动量要求达到8O%的靶心率。另一组不进行运动训练作为对照组。4个月后用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)进行评价。结果运动组较对照组睡眠质量有明显改善(P<0.05);同时心理状态和身体素质也比实验前有所好转,与对照组相比有明显的差异。每天按运动处方进行一定运动量的锻练可以明显改善睡眠质量,其原因可能源于心理和体质的改善。

Abstract:Through contrast,observes the improvement situation of movement to sleep barrier.58 universities female students which have the sleep barrier after the Pittsburgh sleep quality appraisal determination were stochastically divided into 2 groups.A group carries on the movement training 3 times per week,each time the physiological load of exercise requests to reach stabs 80% heart rate,another group does not carry on the movement training to take the comparison group.After 4 months,evaluates by Pittsburgh sleep quality figure(PSQI).The results show: The movement group has the distinct improvement of sleep quality to the comparison group;Simultaneity,the psychological condition and the physical quality also has the obvious difference with the comparison group.Conclusion:Certain physiological load of exercise every day can obviously improve the sleep quality,and the reason may be the energy to psychological and the physique improvement.
