| 摘 要： | 在大学教育中，校园精神以其特有的同化、凝聚、导向和激励功能与作用，指导与统帅着学校的教育（即正式课程的教育与隐蔽课程的教育），并激发其特有的循序功能，使两融合成交叉互补的整体的教育活动，从而促进大学生素质的教育。大学校园中的群体（包括正式群体与非正式群体）规范为校园精神影响与整合大学生的诸素质的发展提供环境条件与途径。

| Abstract: | In college education, campus spirit plays a role in assimilation, cohesion, guidance and inspiration. It conducts the college's teaching (teaching of both the required and alternative courses) and stimulates its unique function to integrate the two (the required and the alternative courses) into one, thus promoting the competence level education of college students. The norm of the group (formal and informal) on campus therefore has an impact on the campus spirit and the improvement of the competence level of college students. |
