| 摘 要： | 当今社会知识经济迅速发展，在市场经济大潮的影响下，大学生的思想纷繁复杂，甚至出现暴力事件、自杀、心理问题等，其根源何在？通过具体案例的分析，发现当代高校思想政治工作面临着管理模式和管理制度滞后，学生的心理教育匮乏、高校辅导员队伍力量薄弱等问题，而解决这些问题的途径主要是：完善各种管理制度；全面推进“以人为本”的素质教育，加强对学生的心理疏导；加强高校辅导员队伍建设。

| Abstract: | In the modern society, with the rapid development of knowledge economy and under the influence of market economy tendency, college students＇ thought undergoes complex differentiation, such as violence, suicide, psychological problems and so on. What is the cause？ Through the analysis of specific cases, it can be found that the ideological work is facing the following problems： backward management mode and system, lack of students＇ psychological education, weakness of college counselors＇ team strength. This article attempts to put forward the solution to these problems： perfecting a variety of management systems, promoting education for all-around ＂people-oriented＂ development, strengthening psychological counseling for students, and strengthening the construction of college counselors＇ team. |
