| 摘 要： | 淮北是一座有着悠久煤炭开采历史的城市。唐宋八大家之一的苏东坡一首《石炭诗》记载了淮北找煤、用煤的历史。明代时期淮北是两淮流域规模最大、煤窑最多的采煤区。近代这里出现了官商合办的煤矿有限公司。新中国成立后，煤炭工业在淮北经济结构中一直居于支柱产业的地位，成为支撑淮北市经济发展的主导力量和财政收入的重要来源。经过近50年的大规模开采，淮北市的煤炭开发已进入中后期阶段，“依托煤炭、延伸煤炭、超越煤炭”是该市今后可持续发展和实现城市转型的路向。

Review on the Development of Huaibei with Coal Mining |

| Abstract: | Huaibei is a city with a long history of coal mining. Su Shi, one of the eight great authors of Tang and Song Dynasties, once wrote a poem named “Shi Tan” （ Pit coal） , depicting the exploration and use of coal over the years in Huaibei. During Ming Dynasty this city was the biggest coal-mining area with the largest number of collieries along Huaihe River across Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, where government-private joint coal-mine limited companies appeared during modern times. Since the founding of People’s Republic of China, coal industry has been a pillar and important source of revenue in Huaibei’s economic structure, leading its economic development. Coal mining has moved towards the dusk of this industry in Huaibei, thus the extension and transformation of coal mining should be on the right path for this city to realize sustainable development and urban transformation with over 50 years continuous mining. |
