购物中心选址的量化分析

摘    要:购物中心的选址决策问题决定着购物中心运营后的效果,其选址决策困扰着众多开发商。基于定量与定性相结合的角度,从人口情况、交通情况、竞争者情况、商业环境和场地条件五个方面进行综合评价,引用模糊多指标评价方法,对购物中心选址进行一个实例应用,在一定程度上解决了购物中心选址评价中存在的模糊问题,为购物中心的选址提供了简便可行的决策方法。

The Quantitative Analysis of Shopping Center Site Selection

Abstract:The decision of shopping centre site selection is the key to the operation of shopping center, which is a real headache for developers. Based on combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, the paper selects population, transportation, competitive environment, business environment, and site conditions as five influencing factors for site selection, and presents a typical application example by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. To some extent, it helps to settle the problems of site selection of shopping center, and provides a simple and feasible decision-making method.
