| 摘 要： | 从管理心理学的角度，对造成海上交通事故的最主要因素——人为因素进行了全面分析，指出人为因素是一个综合因素，各因素之间又相互联系。在分析时，不能片面地强调某个方面或孤立地研究某个因素，而应进行综合考虑。
