| 摘 要： | 情报原则不仅是指导情报实务的行为规范,而且也构成了情报理论的核心内容。确立情报原则是结成理论体系的根本目的,纳入体系内的其他理论要素都是作为情报原则的理论基础,它们直接或间接地作用于情报原则,为建立情报原则提供系统的理论指导。

| Abstract: | This paper describes that the information principle is not only the behaviour specification to guide the information transaction, and also constitutes the core content of the theory of information. To establish the information principle is the basic purpose to form the theoretieal system, other theoretical element integrating into the system is taken as the theoretical foundation of the information principle, it makes function to the information principle directly and indirectly, and provides the systematic theoretic guidance for establishing the information principle. |
