| 摘 要： | 综观当代化发展的趋势，我们正在经历人类化全面而深刻的改革。比较而言，素质教育的社会基础和社会功能得到了新的阐释，但素质教育的化基础和化使命这没有能够得到充分的关注。因此，关注化的全球化，认识并尊重化的多样性，警惕化殖民主义，弘扬民族化传统，促进化对话和理解，建设有中国特色的社会主义化自然成了时代赋予素质教育的化使命。

| Abstract: | Viewing contemporary culture, we may find the culture, which we have shared with, has been undergoing deep changes. The social foundation and function of quality-based education has been restated. However, little attention has been paid to the culture foundation and its mission. The following are what the culture mission of quality-based education comprises: cultural globalization; culture invasion; conversation and understanding between different cultures; the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. |
