理中丸增强机体抗寒与抗疲劳能力的实验研究

摘    要:采用抗疲劳实验、耐缺氧实验、耐寒实验,测试理中丸对小鼠应激能力的影响。通过对小鼠进行抗疲劳、耐缺氧、耐寒等实验研究,论证理中丸抗寒、抗疲劳作用的有效性并对其作用机制进行初步探讨。结果显示,理中丸高、中剂量组对于小鼠游泳时间具有延长作用,对耐缺氧能力无显著作用。理中丸低、中、高剂量组小鼠耐寒实验结果显示存活率明显多于对照组,理中丸低、中、高剂量组小鼠脾细胞数和IL-2数优于对照组。研究认为:理中丸具有一定增强小鼠抗寒、抗疲劳能力,增强抗寒能力作用机制可能与增强脾脏功能,促进IL-2水平等免疫调节机制有关。

Research on Lizhong Pill for Enhance the Cold Resistance and Fatigue Resist- ance in Experimental

Abstract:The anti-fatigue experiment, hypoxia tolerance test, coldtest, impact test Lizhong Pill on stress capability of mice. Through the antifatigue and hypoxia tolerance in mice, such as cold experimental research, demonstrate the principle of the effectiveness of the pill for cold resistance, anti -fatigue effects and its mechanism of action were discussed. Results shows : High, medium dose group of lizhong pill has extended function for the swimming time in mice, no significant effect on hypoxia tolerance ability. Cold experiment showed that low, medium, high dose group of lizhong pill' s the survival rate was significantly higher than that in blank control group, and the number of IL - 2 and mice spleen cells werebetter than tile blank control group. Conclusion : The principle of pill have certain ability of cold resistance, resistance to fatigue in mice, enhance the cold resistance ability mechanism may be related to strengthen the function of the spleen, promoting IL -2 level such as immune regulation mechanism.
