| 摘 要： | 蜜蜂是一种非常重要的经济昆虫,是研究真社会昆虫个体特征分化最典型的模式体系,蜜蜂转基因研究具有重要意义.文章综述了近年来国内外蜜蜂转基因的制作方法和进展,对蜜蜂转基因技术研究在蜜蜂遗传工程育种、基因功能分析、生物反应器等方面的应用进行了阐述,并展望了蜜蜂转基因技术研究的前景.

| Abstract: | The honeybee is one of the most important economic insects which serves well as a key model for how individual traits of eusocial insects evolve.It is essential for transgenic research of the honeybee.This paper summarizes the methods and the development of honeybee transgenic techniques,introduces the application of honeybee transgenic research in honeybee genetic breeding,gene functional analysis,and biological reactor etc.Some perspectives of transgenic techniques in honeybee are presented. |
