| 摘 要： | 普通教学型高校是以培养高素质应用型人才为主要目标的高等院校,培养学生具有较强的实际动手能力和一定的创新能力,需要一批素质优良、教学水平高、技术能力强的师资队伍,其中青年教师自身的实践能力尤为重要。提高对实践能力培养的认识,建立健全规章制度,强化实践教学环节的锻炼,完善监督考核制度,指导学生参加竞赛等是强化青年教师实践能力的具体措施。

| Abstract: | General higher education institutions aim at cultivating high quality applied talents.To Train the students to have strong practical ability,we need a teaching personnel with high quality,good teaching ability and skillful teaching methods.Among them,young teachers' practical ability is very important.The specific measures to improve young teachers' practical ability includes enhancing the understanding on practical ability,constructing rules,strengthening practical teaching,improving monitoring and evaluating rules and guiding students to attend contests. |
