研发团队异质性与报酬模式对研发效率的影响分析

摘    要:在回顾经典团队效率模型的基础上,通过修正相关假定,将技术异质性、成本异质性引入研发团队效率模型。在引入技术异质性的效率模型中,探讨了报酬决定模式的选择对研发效率的影响;在引入成本异质性的效率模型中,探讨了成本异质性对研发效率的影响,并证明权变的报酬结构模式能够提升研发效率。

Abstract:This paper conceptualizes R&D team heterogeneity, and reviews the classical team efficiency model, based on which the paper introduces skill heterogeneity and cost function heterogeneity into R&D team efficiency model. According to the model with skill heterogeneity, the paper discusses how the match between skill heterogeneity and reward foundation mode influences R&D efficiency. In the model with cost function heterogeneity, the paper discusses how the variance of cost function influences R&D efficiency, and comes to a conclusion that contingency reward structure mode can prompt R&D team efficiency.
