| 摘 要： | 少儿图书馆具有创设条件以生成道德认知、构建伦理体系等的德育功能。要使这些功能得到发挥，就要明确：加强图书馆员的队伍建设是前提，精选德育资料是关键，运用恰当的方法是保障。
