| 摘 要： | 荀子的制名原则和制名方法思想包括“同则同之，异则异之”原则；单名和兼名、“共名”、“别名”、“大共名”与“大别名”的分类方法；“遍举”之“共名”与“偏举”之“别名”明确名的逻辑方法；约定俗成的制名原则和“稽实定数”的制名原则。此思想包含有丰富的逻辑理论。但荀子继承了孔予的正名传统，其制名原则和制名方法等思想主要是为当时的社会政治、伦理秩序和儒家思想服务的。

| Abstract: | Xun Zi＇s naming principle and methods are widely accepted including classifications, single names, combined names, bynames etc. Some are named conventionally; others are named according to their performances. Plentiful logical theories lie in Xun Zi naming thoughts. Xun Zi inherited Confucius＇naming tradition. His naming principle and methods mainly served the social politics, ethical order and Confucianism at that time. |
