| 摘 要： | 为使中国足球超级联赛更趋完善，运用文献资料和访问调查等方法，对中国足球超级联赛进行全面分析与探讨。结果显示：中国足协的管理体制不够健全；各俱乐之间的经营目的与手段各不相同；职业足球教练员与球员的各项素质急待提高。建议成立中超公司；严格教练员和运动员的管理制度；积极开拓创新思路。

| Abstract: | With the methods of documentory review and investigation,this papar full study and analyze about the present situation on the professional football super league in China.And points that there exist several outmost questions : administration systems are still not strengthen yet;there are many difference goals and means between the management of football league clubs;the all-round qulification of the coaches and league members need to be improved quickly.In order to develop and perfect the operation and management of the professional football super league in China,it is urgent for them to found the newly enterprise to operate the professional football super league,strengthen and improve the professional levels of the young football refereeings and rebuild the high qualities of Administrative Groups. |
