| 摘 要： | 随着新经济成分的急剧增长和政治、思想观念、教育体制等领域的有利变化，我国近代职业教育立法登上历史舞台并很快发展，建立了具有完备体系和合理层次的职业教育法律法规，并在立法过程中形成了日益民主化和专业化的显著特点。其对今天的启示，除了应抓住经济结构变迁对立法产生旺盛需求的机遇而大力发展外，更表现在应从法制运行和社会运行整体中去认识立法，维持立法和实施的协调发展，改善立法的发展环境。

Apocalypse of the Law and Regulation Concerning Vocational Education in Modern China |

| Abstract: | With the development of rapid increase of new economic composition and the favorable changes in politics, thought and educational system, legislation of vacational education has been developed quickly in modern times and become more and more democratic and professional. The regislation of vacational education with the perfect systems and reasonable levels has been established. Today vocational education should be develpoed greatly by grasping the opportunity that changes of economic structrue are in great need of legislation, and furthermore, we may get such apocalypses as trying to undergtand legislation from running legislation sociely, to maintain the coordinate development in legislation and implementing laws, to improve the developing environment of legislation. |
