| 摘 要： | 综合运用文献资料研究、访问调查、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法，对全国普通高校体育理论教学现状进行调查研究。结果表明，目前我国高校体育理论课教学存在实际课时量不足、教学组织管理随意性大，授课内容不统一、枯燥、缺乏时代性，理论课教学效果差、教师授课水平有待进一步提高，教师、学生对理论课教学存在误区，实践课中缺乏理论与锻炼方法内容的传授等问题。并提出提高理论课教学质量的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Using the research methods as documentary material study, visiting investigations, questionnaire investigations, and mathematical statistics. Comprehensively, we have made investigations and researches into current teaching conditions of PE basis theory classes in national ordinary universities. The result shows that there are some problems in teaching of PE basic theories. The problems are list as follows: Actual teaching hours are insufficient. Organization and management of teaching are not formal. The content of classes is not standardized, boring and out of data. The teaching of PE theories is not very effective and the teaching standard of teaches should be improved. Both the teaching and the students have misunderstanding in these classes. Practice classes are short of teaching of theories and practice methods. Here we made some detailed recommendations of improving the quality of theory class teaching. |
